What is the maximum number of products I can order?

Order limits are listed for each product and depend on stock levels and popularity of the item. Customers are allowed to order the maximum limit every 30 days. Order limits are subject to change without notice.

I would like to add, modify or cancel my order.

Orders can be canceled by the customer on the order status page within 3 hours. To cancel an order after this deadline, please contact us via the contact form and indicate your order number. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to fulfill your request if your order has already been processed. We are unable to change or cancel orders that have already been shipped.

I placed an order, but I did not receive a confirmation email

If you do not receive an email from us within 5 minutes of ordering, you may have entered an incorrect email address or may not have completed your order. Please contact us via the contact form.

Please review our returns and exchange policy.

  • If the items delivered are different from those you ordered, or if they are broken or defective, please make a request within 10 days of order arrival using the contact form and briefly describing your problem . Please include your order number, images and any other relevant information. Response time is 1 to 3 business days.

  • Refunds will only be given if items are incorrect, damaged or defective. Duplicate figures cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Please note that in certain circumstances products cannot be returned or replaced.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Requests made outside this deadline will not be taken into account.

  • Damage resulting from abnormal use, wear, sun, etc. are not covered. Please note that due to hand-worked elements during the manufacturing process, variations between Sonny Angel figures (i.e. paint, color, lines, etc.) are normal and are not considered defective.

  • Damage to the box or bag is not covered.

  • Shipping costs are your responsibility if the agreed products are returned at your request. However, if an item exchange occurs due to a defective product or incorrect delivery, we will cover the shipping costs.
