Is it possible to receive duplicates?
Normally no! We make sure not to send figurines in the same box which means that you cannot receive duplicates (except Happy Birthday series, Mofusand and Smiski) because the complete box contains 12 boxes of a collection of 6.

Order limits are listed for each product and depend on stock levels and popularity of the item. Customers are allowed to order the maximum limit every 30 days. Order limits are subject to change without notice.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
